Guided Whitetail Hunts
Early crisp morning sunrises and sharing stories around the woodstove in the evening are just a small part of the thrill of your whitetail hunt adventure! Patience, perseverance, and a steady hand pay off whether you are situated in a comfortable ground blind (natural or pop-up) or a ladder tree style stand. This as well as continuous deer monitoring and years of service of expertise by our staff contribute to a successful hunt.
Archery and muzzleloader season falls the last 2 weeks in October. Rifle follows for an additional 4 weeks until the beginning of December.

Have a wolf experience while on your deer hunt!
With the purchase of a whitetail hunt you are also able to take advantage of obtaining a wolf license for an additional $300.00 US.

The Lodge
Our recently renovated lodge offers all the amenities of home conveniently located 29 km from Carrot River.
Experience home cooked meals, wifi, satellite TV, bedding/towels, plus a cozy woodstove to warm up beside or an outside firepit to share stories around at the end of your day. If you happen to enjoy a game of darts, ping pong, or like to sing karaoke we have all that too!
If it is a hunt you book you will have access to prime hunting area and a wealth of local knowledge. We scout, prep, and do a lot of work in prior to your arrival to maximize your chances of a successful harvest.
If you are looking for the ultimate sledding adventure we are just minutes away from the Pasquia Sno Goers groomed trails which also give you access to numerous Sask Snowmobile provincial groomed trails.
No matter what your stay, most importantly we will show you why it isn’t just about the hunt or the ride but about creating memories to last a lifetime!

Whether it is the Pasquia Sno Goers groomed snowmobile trail the comes right to the lodge and just minutes from the main trails, snow shoeing, northern lights, deer within feet of our cozy lodge with all the amenities, it is a must to see! For $125.00/night CDN (taxes included) you will enjoy a hearty breakfast with the option of supper at an additional cost and for those sledding enthusiasts fuel is available for purchase!
If a work project on your agenda or just a get away, the lodge is well suited to accommodate. We have 12 beds and offer as well hearty home cooked meals.
Meet Our Dedicated Team
Rob Nye
Rob, Partner /Owner Operator, is a professional in the outdoor field. Rob comes from a long line of dedicated hunters and anglers and has been hunting Saskatchewan whitetails over 4 decades. His career as a professional guide began in 1980 then took up bow hunting in in 1985. He has harvested several species of big game including one of the largest black bears ever taken with a long bow. He remains an avid archery hunter til this day. Rob has run his own highly successful fly in northern bear camps since 1985 and guided whitetail since 1994. His talent and passion result in fond memories and world-class trophies for clients.
Marilyn Johnson
Our lodge manager Marilyn, with nearly 4 decades experience as a Red Seal Cook/Manger of Nutrition Services prepares delicious home cooked meals for our clients and also keeps the lodge in ship shape order! She is an excellent tracker and enjoys getting out for retrievals or is always up for a baiting run, helping with blinds, guiding hunters, or even clearing trails. Loving the outdoors you will find her running the bush with her quad, riding the trails in the winter with her snowmobile and enjoys kayaking when helping manage a fishing camp in northern Saskatchewan.
Richard Rhine
Richard is our main guide. He is a valuable asset to camp being an avid outdoorsman with keen hunting skills as well as provides exceptional caring quality service to our clients. If Richard is not found guiding a hunter he will be out baiting and preparing sites or at his computer checking camera cards holding thousands of pictures of bear and whitetails to ensure a memorable for all who book at camp!

Meet another of our expert guides Greg. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and years of experience as a guide and outdoorsman not only to this area but is also known for taking his skills to northern Saskatchewan. He is dedicated to his clients ensuring them a fun and enjoyable successful hunt. He is great asset to our team!

Introducing Dayden, a guide who’s enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge of hunting combined with his genuine ethical will for sure provide you with the best memorable hunting experience! Roy comes to us as a highly experienced bear, whitetail, and moose hunter. Being a lifelong hunter and sportsman as well as a long term resident of Carrot River, he is not only very knowledgable of the hunt but also the area.
